Naledi Motsumi leads Brookside Academy's lower campus with a strong belief that children learn best in classrooms that combine warmth, order, and joyful discovery. She works closely with teachers and families to ensure that preschool and lower primary learners build strong foundations in reading, number work, language, and self-management.

Her leadership emphasizes consistent routines, clear communication with parents, and values-based education. She is especially passionate about early literacy, classroom readiness, and helping every child feel known, capable, and encouraged.
